About the Author
Sarvananda was born and educated in Glasgow. In 1987, after being ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order he moved to Norwich where he spends his time teaching Buddhism and meditation and writing plays for BBC Radio. This is his second book.

Cannot review the content of this book. The download did not work and all I have are blank pages. A very poor e-book experience.
